All men are invited to join us for a workshop centered on men’s health, lead by Dr. Matthew Montgomery, and Dr. Christopher Nnaoma from Newark Beth Israel Hospital.  Topics include: heart health, nutrition, fitness, mental wellness, and preventive care.
